CLI-OJEU-46286 Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, Endoscopy and Surgical Urology Consumables

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services (NWSSP), hosted by Velindre NHS Trust is seeking to renew its Framework Agreement AW35256 All Wales Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, Endoscopy & Surgical Urology. In addition to the current category areas covered by this Contract, the renewal is likely to include the clinical area of men’s health consumables as an addition to the Urology portfolio. The framework agreement is and will continue to be utilised by NHS Wales bodies as defined in the National Health Service (Wales) 2006. The current framework agreement is broken down into Lots detailed within section II.2 Description of this notice. NWSSP, are looking to enter into pre-tender engagement with interested suppliers to explore all options, including amending/addition of Lots and value-based / outcome-based solutions, prior to commencing tender process. This will assist in determining the procurement route to be undertaken and inform from the Lot structure. All interested parties will be invited to an open pre-tender engagement presentation/Q&A sessions on the following dates: 8th, 9th, 10th February 2021 via MS Teams. There will be a morning and afternoon session on each day (max 40 attendees per session). Interested parties are requested to express their interest in writing by email with subject to read Expression of Interest, to shaneann.mojares@wales.nhs.uk including your company name, a brief overview of your Organisation’s activity in relation to this Tender opportunity, your contact details including your contact name, position, telephone number and contact email addresses by no later than Noon Tuesday 2nd February 2021. Please indicate which session you wish to attend, AM or PM on 8th, 9th or 10th February, after which you will be sent a separate MS Teams invitation. Please note attendance is restricted to maximum of 4 attendees per supplier.
