Description: Integrated Consultant Team for Design Services (Stages 4-7) for Reconnected Belfast. The works will comprise of full ICT service, from RIBA Stages 4-7. The project is located in North Belfast (Waterworks and Alexandra Park) with an interconnecting road. The design works will include public realm improvements, pathway enhancements, sports improvements, new park hub building, entrance improvements, new events space and Changing places/toilets.
