Flexible framework for Children’s Residential Care and Education Services - including Short Breaks

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal of the national flexible framework for Children's Residential Care and Education services - including short breaks. The scope and structure of service options outlined in this PIN may be subject to change, however the current framework includes:

• Residential care;
• Residential care and education;
• Day education; and
• Residential short break services. It is anticipated that the duration of this framework could be up to a period of 6 years, from the commencement date. For the purposes of calculating the value of the contract, a 6 year contract length has been used. This is indicative only and subject to change based on policy and other requirements.
