Residential Detoxification and Rehabilitation Services (Tier 4)

The service will be provided to people who are experiencing issues with their drug and/or alcohol use and who are resident within RBK (residential detoxification will be provided to individuals with a substance misuse problem, who have a Kingston GP) We wish to commission services which provide one or combination of below : Detoxification with 24-hour medical cover; medically assisted withdrawal from opiates or alcohol; Detoxification without 24 - hour medical cover; without medically assisted withdrawal Detoxification (with/without 24-hour medical cover) with a primary rehabilitative programme focusing on intensive therapeutic interventions. Primary rehabilitative programme focusing on therapeutic interventions. Secondary rehabilitative programme focusing on the development of life skills, recovery through training or employment-focused needs; the skills to sustain a drug/alcohol-free lifestyle. Complex e.g. women who are pregnant, dual diagnosis (change dual diagnosis to co-occurring mental health alcohol and drug issues)
