Concession Contract for the supply of Enforcement Agency Services (call off from the YPO Enforcement Agency Services DPS - 953)

The Council of the City of Wakefield will be undertaking a call for further competition under the YPO Enforcement Agency Services DPS pursuant to the requirements of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and the procedures laid down in the in the DPS. Only those suppliers registered on the DPS will be invited to participate. Wakefield Council is looking to secure the provision of an efficient and effective Enforcement Agent Service through the appointment of a primary and secondary service provider.
