AT1215 Waste Disposal

This notice is published to advertise a market engagement exercise being conducted by Luton Borough Council (LBC). LBC wishes to engage with the market to better inform LBC’s understanding of the capabilities and capacities of the proximate waste management sector. Further details are contained in this notice at section II.2.4 which sets out the issues on which LBC is seeking feedback and views from the market. The date for submission of response is 6th April 2023. Participation in this market engagement exercise is not a requirement for participation in the forthcoming procurement, which shall be formally commenced through publication of a Contract Notice.
