Multiple Lot Estates Works Framework Agreement for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board

The Estates and Facilities Division of ABUHB is responsible for the physical condition, functional suitability, and the compliance of the estate with statutory legislation and relevant healthcare standards. The division delivers a range of services in-house, but requires the expertise of external contractors to assist in delivering a high-quality estate and facility service for the health board. As such, the health board is seeking to procure a multiple lot estates works framework covering the following: Lot 1 – General Building Lot 2 – Flooring Lot 3 – Ceilings Lot 4 – Painting and Decoration Lot 5 – Electrical Works Lot 6 – Mechanical Works Lot 7 – Fire Doors Lot 8 – Fire Compartmentation Lot 9 – Roofing Lot 10 – Windows and Glazing Lot 11 – Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) Lot 12 – Ventilation Lot 13 – Medical Gas Lot 14 – Excavations and Civils Lot 15 - Demolition Lot 16 - Planned Asbestos Removal
