Temporary Accommodation Dynamic purchasing system (DPS)

The LB Southwark seeks to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement and management of temporary accommodation units. This is a long term opportunity which aims to increase the council's capacity to provide temporary accommodation to homeless households that meet the suitability criteria. The council requires accommodation and related management services which are tailored to residents' needs and which reflects value for money. The council also seeks to improve the quality of accommodation and services. The DPS will operate across one category for all forms of accommodation in- borough, London and further afield. Potential providers will be not be required to have properties available at the point of applying for this opportunity. The council will be using the Access Adam on-line portal to run and manage the whole procurement, contract and property management process. The intention of this notice to encourage known and new providers to engage with the council in advance of the formal procurement. A provider engagement conference will take place on Thursday 23 May and Tuesday 28 May. Access Adam will also be available to provide details on training on the operation of the purchasing system.
