Lincolnshire Wellbeing Services

The Lincolnshire Wellbeing Service is preventative, it aims to;

• improve or prevent the deterioration of individuals health, wellbeing and overall quality of life;
• enhance independence, improve individuals' ability to self-care and access appropriate supporting structures and community resources;
• reduce or delay escalation to statutory support services. The current service provides support for those experiencing ill health and living with disability, supports people with financial advice, changing medical needs, bereavement and loneliness. As a preventative service, it also keeps people out of hospital and other urgent services by improving access to support and community resources.
