Coaching for financial Wellbeing

We are seeking expressions of interests from organisations that can provide a minimum of 9 accredited Coaching and or NLP trained specialists to work on a pilot programme aiming to supporting people improve their financial wellbeing. Please note we are looking to work with qualified coaches/NLP practitioners, not therapeutic or financial specialists. The pilot programme will be delivered in specific locations in Basildon, Canvey Island, Braintree, and Harwich. 1. be available for programme design workshops through August and September 2022
2. be able to mobilise a minimum of 8 accredited/qualified coaches and/or NLP Practitioners (diploma as a minimum) by October 2022
3. be able to commit to a 12-month delivery programme
4. be willing to contribute to the evaluation that will be undertaken to measure the level of success of the programme
5. that qualified coaches/NLP practitioners would be able to work in the areas identified
6. that the qualified coaches/NLP practitioners would be able to work 1:1 or facilitate group coaching Please provide one example of recent work delivering Coaching or NLP to a client or client group – this could be a practice example or training you have delivered Anticipated Contract Start Date: 1st August 2022 until 31st January 2024
