Southern Water Services Power Framework

Southern Water Services is going to market for strategic partners to provide services relating to Power Generators, High Voltage, Low voltage, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and Transformers. This provision will likely be a two-stage restricted tender to set up a Power framework agreement lasting 4 years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 4 years. It is anticipated that the opportunity will be formally published in Q3 2023. The supply of equipment and services will be across the entire Southern Water Services (SWS). SWS region covers Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. One of SWS key aims is Resilience; therefore SWS has a requirement to ensure 24/7 365 that SWS have fully maintained fixed and mobile power generators, Uninterruptible Power Supply, switchgear, High Voltage (HV) equipment and Low Voltage equipment. SWS has over 400 sites – many of these sites require HV maintenance or isolation as required. The Goods and Services which the successful bidder(s) will be asked to provide under this agreement is currently split across 9 lots. Bidders will be eligible to apply for one or more of the available lots.
