Our organisation currently operates across two principal locations at Harwell Science & Innovation Park, Oxfordshire and the Westcott Venture Park, Buckinghamshire. Our portfolio mainly comprises leased properties under various terms and are of differing construction and use connected with the growth and development of the Space Industry. Our aim is to minimize our business rates liability while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
