Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) - Pre Market Engagement

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement based around the findings and outcomes of this Market Engagement exercise. The service is due for renewal 1st April 2023. Participation in this Market Engagement exercise is voluntary, and non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part. The proposed structure of this Market Engagement exercise will be as follows:

• Initial engagement via PIN (21st September 2022)
• Official Invitation Outlining Event Details (26th September 2022)
• Market Engagement Event (29th September 2022) This event will take place online via Microsoft Teams, please register your interest in attending and the Teams request will be sent no later than two days prior to the day. The agenda for the event will be a presentation provided by two stakeholders, one from the Commissioner’s office of Gwent Police and a representative from one of the local authorities within Gwent followed by an open Q&A session.
