Provision of of Older People's Residential and/or Nursing Care Services within the Borough of Calderdale (including spot purchase of Non-Guaranteed Transitional Support Services)

The provision of care homes services within the Borough of Calderdale (including spot purchase of Non-Guaranteed Transitional Support Services) for Older People. There are two types of care home - residential and residential with nursing. The aim of the Service is to provide high quality, safe and personalised care home services that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. The service must provide good quality care and support services which are efficient and provide value for money to service users. Placements will be made depending on where the service user choice on where they want to live, as specified in the Care Act 2014.
