Framework for Excellence in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is establishing a Framework of Suppliers who have excellent knowledge and/or practice in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This notice is for a market warming exercise for the Framework. Organisations who are successful in securing a place on the framework will have the potential to be drawn on to deliver ETF contracts in the future. Market Engagement Request for Information We would welcome you views on the proposed Framework specification in terms of:

1. Understanding of the Framework (i.e. how it works)
2. Anything to add to the Lots (see 3.1) to maximise excellence in the Framework for SEND?
3. The Key Performance Indicators or service measures that would be effective and appropriate for a framework of excellence.
