Pre-Market Engagement – Material Supply and Delivery to Tai Tarian

This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated materials supply and delivery contract. Tai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. We are looking for an organisation to provide products and materials to our in-house maintenance teams, which include:

• Reactive repairs
• Grounds maintenance
• Roofing replacement
• Works of adaptations Based on historic and current information, Tai Tarian estimates an annual contract value of 1.5 million GBP plus VAT.
