This framework is anticipated to provide councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure a wide range of grounds maintenance and light and heavy plant equipment. Final lotting structure has still to be determined, although it is anticipated that the requirements will cover, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of handheld equipment, self-propelled equipment, ride-on equipment, tractors, tractor mounted equipment, tractor mounted mowers, portable equipment, towed spreaders, Excavators, Pedestrian Operated Plant, Ride on Rollers, Towed Equipment, Static Plant, Forklifts/telehandlers, Trailers, Loaders, Dumpers, Dozers, Pavers, Planers, Mechanical chip spreaders, Bond coat sprayers, Mobile pothole fillers and Pressure washers.
