Third Party Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning for the Green Growth Programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo

The British Embassy in Kinshasa is seeking a service provider to establish a Decision Support Unit (DSU) that will undertake the third-party monitoring (TPM) and other learning related activities to support its new Green Growth Programme. The Green Growth Programme is a new five-year, £38m, International Climate Finance (ICF) programme will support the development of a climate-smart agricultural sector in DRC focusing on rural areas to deliver both climate and economic development objectives. The TPM element is a component of this and sits within, the Green Growth programme as a whole.
