CP2549-24: Devon and Somerset Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC) 2025

This notice is to inform potential contractors of the upcoming opportunity to join the Devon and Somerset Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC).2025. The SLoAC provides a set of pre-qualified contractors for Maintenance, Improvement, and Building Works up to £2,000,000 per project, with most works ranging between £5,000 and £250,000, and for works below £5,000. SLoAC 2025 will replace the existing SLoAC, which has been in operation since 1st April, 2016, and will expire on 31st March, 2025. All interested contractors, including those currently on the existing list must re-apply to join SLoAC 2025. SLoAC 2025 is anticipated to commence on 14th April, 2025, and will run for 4 years with an option to extend. The SLoAC 2025 application process is anticipated to commence in January 2025, with the application package published on the Procurement Portal https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. Interested contractors should ensure they are registered on the portal in preparation for the application process. The Authority plans to conduct a market engagement event in January 2025 after the application package is launched. Details regarding this will be provided in the contract notice once published.
