Service Requirement
Understanding of Digital emergency response systems
Provide a yearly maintenance service to all Magna schemes and properties for emergency response systems and LD1 systems when associated with call system. This must include full battery checks and replacements where required.
Provide breakdown 24/7 and responsive repairs service for all Magna LD1 systems and Warden Call systems and schemes.
Provide planned and reactive maintenance contract covering Magna's approx. 50 Schemes. Including door entry, speech modules and associated line powered smoke detectors.
2 -year contract. a set number emergency call outs per schemes included in the annual fee.
Inspection of any overhead wires/catenaries included in the fixed fee
4-hour call out for emergencies

Call outs and technical support provided 24/7 - 365
Client web portal to allow Magna to review work progress and completion of jobs.
Daily scheme monitoring of system status on schemes compatible with Appello in collaboration with Magna colleagues.
