Background
The CPS is responsible for prosecuting most cases heard in the criminal courts in England and Wales. It is led by the Director of Public Prosecutions and acts independently on criminal cases investigated by the police and other agencies.
We have more than 6,000 highly trained staff whose duty is to make sure the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and that trials are fair so that offenders are brought to justice whenever possible. The Requirement
The requirement is for Potential Providers to provide the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) with a comprehensive social media monitoring and associated services. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform potential suppliers about the upcoming procurement.
Any service offering that Potential Providers are willing to provide must meet the following requirements which are subject to change and review:
In addition to the above, Potential Providers maybe required to offer the CPS with the following additional elements:
Hashtag Analysis. Influencer Identification: Tools for identifying key influencers within specific topics or industries. Predictive Analysis: The ability to predict future trends based on current data. Integration Capabilities: The ability to integrate with other software or platforms.
