Provision of Estates Development Programme (Minor Works) in relation to Windsor Fire Station Project

1.1 The Authority is seeking to tender for a Main Contractor to deliver the Minor Capital Work refurbishment for Windsor Fire Station focusing on the services key objectives as set out in the Strategic Asset Investment Framework (SAIF). These key objectives are Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Sustainability.
