Description

Leeds Arts University (LAU) wishes to Contract for the provision of an integrated CRM system, bids must be submitted via the Delta e tendering portal on the link provided in the notice, by the stated deadline. For the avoidance of doubt, the deadline for expressions of interest is the final deadline for full bid submissions, bids will not be accepted after the end date stated 31/01/2025 by 16:00 - see the ITT documents (in Delta) for the full details including evaluation criteria. The University reserves the right to not proceed to Contract, or to cancel the Tender & will incur no Liability in doing so. This Procurement is a below threshold Open procedure. LAU is not responsible for any bid costs under any circumstances.

Additional information: The deadline stated in this notice (deadline for expressions of interest) is the deadline for the return of fully completed bids which must be submitted via Delta,(via the respond link below), the bid deadline is by 16:00 on the 31st January 2025. Bidders should allow sufficient time to upload their bid. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The deadline stated above is the final deadline for full bid submission. Note this is a below threshold procurement.
