Title
Petersfield Heath Toilets Refurbishment
Description

It is believed that The Heath Toilets were build sometime in the 1940-50s, and are built with traditional materials of brick and tiles with a typical layout of mens and ladies toilets as well as a disabled toilet and baby changing facility which was added sometime later.

The plan for the refurbished Heath Toilets is to use the current structure, re-arranging the internal layout and extending to add further facilities such as an adult changing room as well as a large storage area for PTC use.

We are looking for the refurbishment to be more climate-friendly and fit for purpose involving updating and optimizing its design, materials, and technologies to reduce its environmental impact, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring it meets modern needs. This approach will not only help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and operating costs but also enhance the building's functionality, comfort, and resilience against changing environmental conditions. By focusing on sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and innovative design strategies, we are looking for a refurbishment that will contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future of the building while providing a space that better serves the users and adapts to their evolving needs.
