Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Disabilities and their Families (Re-opening)

Framework Re-opening: Framework for the provision of short breaks for children and young people with disabilities and their families. There are 4 lots as detailed below:

• Lot 1: Clubs
• Lot 2: Individual Support Services
• Lot 3: Overnight Support Away from Home
• Lot 4: Services in the Community Period of Framework: 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2028. The framework will be open for new applications to be submitted throughout the period of contract. The Framework will be re-opened every 3 months, with the next closing date confirmed at the point of submission on the e-tender system.
