East-London Public Cycle Share Scheme

The Boroughs named are seeking early market engagement relating to the provision of a cross borough East-London public cycle share scheme specifically in the London Boroughs of Newham, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, and Havering. The authorities may require the provision, operation, management and maintenance of a public cycle share scheme under a bespoke concession services contract. The public cycle share scheme should be cost neutral to the boroughs and should have boroughwide coverage in all four boroughs. The Authorities are open to views relating to the provision of e-cycles and pedal-cycles, and docked vs dockless. This (PIN) includes three aspects:
