Pre Market Engagement: Dynamic Self Service Vending Machine Services

This PIN is for pre-market engagement and has been issued by Network Rail Retail Property Team in advance of finalising a proposal to procure Self-Service Vending Machine (SSV) services for use at Network Rail Managed Stations on behalf of Network Rail's Retail Property team. Dynamic SSV means a solution that does not just sell traditional items such as drinks, snacks and confectionery alone. The main purpose is for Network Rail to understand the types of solutions that are available before considering whether to commence with a formal competition.
