Leisure Services Management Contract

Northumberland County Council is seeking a leisure management partner to play a crucial role in delivering its Strategy and to improve health and wellbeing outcomes in the county. Northumberland County Council wishes to ensure it commissions a contract that is attractive to the market with the appropriate balance of risk between the operator and the Council. It is therefore consulting with the operator market through an on-line market engagement questionnaire.
