HS2 Phase 2a Main Civils Works (Pre-procurement market engagement)

High Speed Two (HS2) Limited (HS2 Ltd) is responsible for developing and promoting the new high speed railway. HS2 will initially run between London and Birmingham (Phase One) but will subsequently be extended north of Birmingham (Phase Two). This Periodic Indicative Notice ('PIN') relates to the forthcoming procurement for the main civils works (MCW) across the HS2 Phase 2a route (West Midlands to Crewe) (P2a). This PIN is to alert suppliers that HS2 Ltd wishes to commence pre-procurement market engagement, including holding a pre-procurement market engagement briefing event to support the proposed procurement of P2a MCW.
