Market prior to the procurement of a waste disposal service

The Council seeks to engage with suitably qualified operators of Energy from Waste plants to investigate opportunities around the provision of waste disposal services for an aggregate of up to c.100,000 tonnes per annum of municipal and other wastes arising from the kerbside collection or other services within the Council’s administrative area.The current contract for the provision and management of the EFW plant expires in February 2023.
