Pre Market Engagement regarding the supply of a Climate Data Platform for Belfast City Council

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to request expressions of interest from the market in participating in a pre market engagement exercise for the provision of a Climate Data Platform. The pre market engagement exercise will take the form of an initial questionnaire and will help the Council better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity within the market to supply and deliver a Climate Data Platform to help support the development and delivery of the Council's Climate Action Plan. There may also be a requirement to hold informal engagement sessions with some or all interested parties.
