Swindon Borough Council Whole House Retrofit Project

Swindon Borough Council intends to appoint a main contractor to lead the modernisation and improvement of up to 114 Unity properties within the Council's housing stock. Prior to commencing the formal procurement exercise, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published to notify the market of the upcoming opportunity, to identify the level of market interest in the project, and to invite supplier feedback on the proposed approach. This feedback is intended to help shape the commercial model and procurement procedure followed and to this end, suppliers are invited to take part in a short questionnaire, details of which are included below.
