Building Services Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Planned, Response Maintenance and Small Projects

Avon Fire & Rescue Service (AF&RS) operates from 24 sites including 21 Fire Stations (made up of Whole Time and On Call), A Control Facility, A Domestic Dwelling, Training Centre and additional support sites for, logistics, fleet and offices throughout the West of England. AF&RS is commencing a tender exercise to identify a Building Services Mechanical & Electrical Contractor to provide M&E Planned Maintenance, Compliance Assurance and Testing, Response Repairs, and Improvement Projects / Works. The approximate annual value of this contract is £350K. The proposed term of the contact is 3 Years (extendable to 5 Years) and will commence in August 2022.
