Science Related Design Services - High & Low Containment

The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) wishes to engage Suppliers in a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise in anticipation of the procurement of Multi-Disciplinary design services for the redevelopment of the Animal Plant and Health Agency facility at Woodham Road Addlestone, known more commonly as the Animal & Plant Health Agency, Weybridge. Those suppliers who express an interest in this challenging and unique programme opportunity can upload a comprehensive Memorandum of Information (moi) document that has been prepared in preparation to the commencement of the formal procurement exercise for the broad range of design services required. The purpose of this SMT exercise is to optimise the procurement process for all parties ensuring that we have a clear and transparent understanding of supplier interest, capability and availability.
