Swindon Borough Council is looking to appoint an external multi-disciplinary consultancy to support the in-house Operations Technical Services team in delivering major works projects. Prior to commencing a formal procurement exercise, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published to notify the market of the upcoming opportunity, to identify the level of market interest in the project, and to invite supplier feedback on the proposed approach or alternatives. This feedback is intended to help shape the commercial model and procurement procedure followed and to this end suppliers are invited to take part in a short questionnaire and further engagement, details of which are included below.
