This Notice seeks to obtain market feedback (via sounding questionnaire) in relation to the future procurement of a strategic partner for the provision of a managed service for Transport for London’s car park portfolio. The primary focus at this stage is to better understand current market, supplier appetite, advancements in technology, capacity and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities.
