WYCA: Evaluation Services Framework

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) wishes to advise the market of the forthcoming WYCA procurement to establish an Evaluation Services Framework. The Framework is intended to commence in Summer 2024 with commissions of evaluation services being permitted for an initial three (3) year term, with one (1) additional one (1) year extension period to bring the maximum framework term to four (4) years. Please note this PIN is for prior information only to inform potential suppliers of an upcoming opportunity and an ENGAGEMENT EVENT for interested bidders.
