The Domestic Abuse Support Service consists of an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service that deals with high risk cases sent through from MARAC and an Outreach Service that supports all standard, medium and non-MARAC high risk cases. The service is for the residents of the County of Lincolnshire IDVA The IDVA Service is commissioned to support victims (men, women and young people aged 16 and over) who reside within the geographical boundaries of Lincolnshire, and who have been referred to a Lincolnshire MARAC. Outreach Is open to all who need a DA intervention. This service will provide a referral pathway for those service users who are identified as "at risk" following a GP or Hospital visit, police intervention or another agency and from self-referrals.
