Collection, Recycling and Recovery of Mattresses form Council Household Recycling Centres

The Council requires a service for the collection, haulage and processing of mattresses from its Household Recycling Centres. The Council will provide the storage containers for the contract waste at each site. The purpose of this PIN is to notify the market of the requirement in the future, as well as reduce the timeframes for tendering once this is live.
