Killingworth Heat Network Detailed Project Development Stage Study

To engage a consultant to undertake the delivery of the grant funded Killingworth Heat Network, Detailed Project Development (DPD) Stage Study. The DPD will be developed from a robust initial feasibility study completed in Nov 2022 which features mine water as a potential heat source. The DPD study is planned to take approximately up to 12 months. The authority will be supported in this work by a third-party Project Manager.
