Marketing engagement in accordance with Regulation 41 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, as amended. Renfrewshire Council has an existing contract for the provision of banking services for clients (adults with incapacity), to process income and expenditure. The Council is reviewing the future requirements beyond October 2022 and wishes to identify the availability and structure of features in similar banking services. A list of outline requirements is contained in document “RC-CPU-21-388 Banking Questionnaire”, in the Additional Documents area of this Prior Information Notice. Interested parties are requested to review this and complete this document, providing feedback of these types of features they currently offer, or equivalents. Completed questionnaires should be submitted to Shona Brydson at shona.brydson@renfrewshire.gov.uk by 28 March 2022. Feedback will be collated from all responses to determine mandatory and discretional requirements which may be implemented in any future tender, where considered relevant by the Council. Responses to questionnaires received will be used to inform the approach to take for this Banking Service requirement. The decision to use any feedback or comments made during this engagement rests with Renfrewshire Council.
