New Entrant Apprenticeship Level 3

Network Rail is reviewing the delivery of its apprenticeship programmes, including the technical skills training for the Level 3 Rail Engineering apprenticeships. The purpose of this prior information notice is to understand the readiness of the marketplace to deliver Rail Engineering apprenticeships aligned with the apprenticeship standards and Network Rail competencies Network Rail are endeavouring to collect valuable market feedback which seeks to inform the procurement decision-making process - e.g. a review of market feedback, assessment of options, and the selection of a preferred route to market.
