Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (Supply and Installation)

Orbit Group Ltd wishes to provide advance notification to the market of a forthcoming tender opportunity to appoint a contractor(s) for the provision of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (Supply and Installation) across its residential and communal properties within its property portfolio in the UK geographies: Midlands (East and West), East and South-East Regions. How the requirements are to be structured in terms of having either one contractor to support Orbit nationally or to have two regionalised LOTS (Midlands and East/South-East), is still to be decided. Market engagement will enable Orbit to establish capabilities in relation to geographical reach. This PIN relates to early market engagement only and is NOT a call for competition (procurement/ tender documents are not available at this time). Any contracts for these works will be subject to separate procurement processes in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). All participants in this event shall be responsible for their own costs (including third party costs) and the Contracting Authority shall have no liability to any participant.
