Market Engagement for procurement of St James Playing Field Modular Pavilion Project

Modular football changing rooms comprising 8no changing and shower areas plus supporting accommodation (over two units). An over cladding system will form a perimeter security line. Design to include foundation and building warrant application. Planning will be developed by Internal Client team. Some civils including carparking and landscaping are likely to be included within the package. PQQ issued April ’23 with Main Tender Issue will be July ’23.
