This is an early market engagement notice issued by LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) This notice seeks to provide early notice of the market engagement and subsequent procurement activities LHCPG / SPA intend to carry out during 2024/25 in relation to the establishment of new frameworks. PLEASE SEE SECTION II2.4 FOR MORE DETAILS AND TIMESCALES FOR EACH PROJECT LISTED IN THIS SHORT DESCRIPTION SECTION. PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SECTION FOR THE LINK TO EXPRESS EARLY INTEREST IN ANY PROJECT LISTED. RETROFIT AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (N9) This framework will be the successor to SPA's successful Energy Efficiency Framework (N8). The new framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of retrofit and decarbonisation measures on their journey to achieving net-zero targets. It is planned that the tender will be released for bid applications in April 2024, and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in October 2024. ROOFING SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS FRAMEWORK (RS5) The new Roofing Systems Framework (RS5) will be the successor to SPAs current and successful roofing Agreement (RS4) which is due to expire in May 2025. This framework will provide an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the design, supply and installation of roofing systems and associated works in all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects. MODULAR BUILDINGS FRAMEWORK (MB3) The framework will cover the design, supply, installation and hire of permanent, temporary and refurbished modular buildings for the public sector and for a wide range of public buildings such as education, healthcare, emergency services, offices, community buildings and mixed use developments. PUBLIC BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE FRAMEWORK (PB4) This framework is the successor to our popular Public Buildings and Infrastructure Framework (PB3) and will be for the construction of new buildings, extensions, and refurbishment of public and social buildings and infrastructure works. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK (WD3) This framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of windows, residential doors, communal doors, entrance doors and associated products and for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects. The scope of the framework may be subject to change following pre-market engagement but is expected to include: PVC-U, timber and aluminium clad timber windows, fire rated and non fire rated timber and composite doors, and communal entrance doors
