Help You Choose

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure a new Help You Choose careers information website and learning applications system in order to replace and improve our current Help You Choose system. The council wishes to contract for a web-based solution and the appointed supplier will be responsible for initial set up and data migration (working with NCC); hosting, support & maintenance; software updating and development; technical helpdesk (on referral from NCC) and will provide regular updates/support for NCC core team training and development. Norfolk County Council's Help You Choose team will be responsible for local provider liaison, training and support; maintaining/developing and updating information content and local customer helpdesk queries.
