Bike/ebike Hire Scheme for MaaS Ebbsfleet

KCC wishes to engage with the bike/ebike hire market to draw on supplier knowledge, expertise to introduce a new transport layer as part of our plans to introduce MaaS to the Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Gravesham area. We are looking for interested providers to supply, install, maintain & operate the bike/ebike hire infrastructure in the MaaS Ebbsfleet zone with their own investment plus kickstart funding from developers for Phase 1.
