Measured Term Contract for Minor Works, Maintenance & Improvement projects

A JCT Measured Term Contract for maintenance, minor works and improvements projects that the Trust would like to be carried out by a designated Contractor, and a reserve Contractor, who will manage the works packages.

The requirement covers the whole of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

To express interest and complete the questions you will need to be registered on the Atamis system and 'express an interest', and then complete a response as specified within the procurement documents.

A Supplier Brief has been provided in the Documents section of the Atamis e-tendering portal, this provides further information regarding the potential procurement. Potential Bidders will need to register on the Atamis system to be able to access this document.
