The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) intend to appoint a contractor to provide Dial a Ride Services, Shopmobility Services and potentially a Travel Assistance Payment Scheme (TAPS) in the Borough. Current services in operation include a Dial a Ride, Shopmobility and a Travel Assistance Payment Scheme (TAPS) in supporting RBWM residents who are unable to use public transport due to mobility issues or vulnerabilities in travelling around the borough through an annual membership and pay per trip programme. If your organisation is interested in and believes it may be capable of providing these services to RBWM then please contact procurement@rbwm.gov.uk. RBWM will then issue you with a market questionnaire for completion which will also include further details of the Council's current services and high level requirements at this stage. The deadline for contacting the Authority is 17:00 on the 21/04/2023.
