Outsourcing of Garage Maintenance

Futures Housing Group is looking to appoint a provider for the Maintenance and Operation of a Garage Management Service for circa 1,000 garages throughout the East Midlands geographical area. The initial contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further three years (2+1+1+1)
